TIME 4 YOU - REFLEXOLOGY
I contacted Lisa to see if Reflexology could help me as a form of stress relief. I have only had 3 sessions, but I am amazed at how much better I feel already. I feel lighter in myself and less wound up and feel I can handle stressful situations better. I also noticed my Tinnitus improved as a result of the Reflexology, which I wasn't expecting but came as a welcome relief. I would recommend Reflexology to anyone.
